自噬溶酶体(autolysosome)又称胞溶酶体(cytolysosome),它是初级溶酶体与来自自噬作用(autophagocytosis)的含有内源性物质的囊泡融合而成。内源性物质包括细胞内由于生理或病理原因而被损伤的细胞器,或过量储存的糖元等,它们可被细胞自身的膜(如内质网或高尔基复合体的膜)包裹形成自噬体(autophgosome),自噬体与初级溶酶体接触,两者融合形成自噬溶酶体。自噬性溶酶体也可以通过溶酶体本身的内陷,并包围一部分细胞质成分而成(但一般较少)。在自噬溶酶体内的内源性物质被溶酶体的酶消化分解的过称自噬。
