漏汗

漏汗   证名。《伤寒论·辨太阳病脉证并治》:“太阳病,发汗,遂漏不止。”后人据此称之为漏汗。指汗出如水,漏泄不止的病证。亦称为灌汗。多因发汗太过所致。《脉经》卷六:“肺脉,……其濡而散者,当病漏(一作灌)汗。”漏汗不止,可导致阳气伤亡,津液耗损,出现小便短少,四肢拘急,屈伸不利,甚至筋惕肉瞤,身振振欲擗地等症。治以温经复阳为主,可用桂枝加附子汤、真武汤等方。参见灌汗条。
