| 环氧化反应 epoxidation reaction 形成氧杂三元环  的反应。主要方法有：①乙烯在银催化下用空气直接氧化： ②β-氯代醇用碱处理，脱去氯化氢而闭环：  ③烯烃用氢过氧化烃ROOH或过酸氧化，R常为叔丁基或α-苯代乙基：   过酸的氧化是亲电加成，带有吸电子基的过酸活性较高。几种过酸的环氧化速率次序为：过三氟乙酸CF3CO3H＞过甲酸HCO3H＞过乙酸CH3CO3H＞过苯甲酸C6H5－CO3H，其中过苯甲酸和过乙酸最为常用。对烯烃来说，双键碳原子上所连给电子基（如烷基）越多，越易环氧化；而连有吸电子基（如羰基、羧基或酯基）者则相反。因此有可能进行选择性环氧化： α、β-不饱和酮（包括醌）或醛常用碱性过氧化氢代替过酸进行环氧化： |
