+4价硒的氧化物，化学式SeO2。白色晶体，蒸气为绿色；熔点340～350℃，315℃时升华，密度3.95克/厘米3(15℃)。二氧化硒相应的酸为亚硒酸,其酸性比亚硫酸弱。硒在空气或氧气中燃烧，或将亚硒酸H2SeO3脱水，都可制得二氧化硒，并可用升华法提纯。
