bengzhan iieneng泵站节能(energy saving of pump sta-tion)在满足灌溉排水要求的前提下尸提高泵站效率,最大限度地减少泵站的能量损耗。 泵站节能的途径和方法是多方面的。对于计划兴建的泵站,应该认真做好规划设计,根据建站条件选择高效水泵,合理配套动力机和传动装置,正确设计管路和进出水池,使泵站既能满足设计年份的流量要求,又能使泵站在多数年份中的运行效率高,能源消耗少。对于已经建成的泵站,应该通过测试,找出效率低、能耗大的主要因素,经过技术经济分析,对不合理的部分进行改造,采用经济运行方案以达节能的目的。已经建成的泵站,节能的主要途径有以下几方面: 提高水泵的运行效率为了保证水泵在多数年份中处于高效范围运行,首先必须选择适合于该站扬程和流量的泵型。以往,很多泵站是根据设计标准年份的扬程选择水泵的。这样虽然可以保证在设计年份水泵效率最高,但因一般年份的扬程较低,因此,在多数年份水泵经常处于低效区运行,从而使多年平均的运行效率很低,泵站能耗增加。合理的水泵选型应该以多年平均扬程为依据,以设计年的扬程所对应的水泵流量确定水泵台数。 对于选型不合理的水泵应进行调节或改造。水泵的调节方法主要有:改变水泵的转速、叶片安装角或车小叶轮直径等。对于调节后仍然无法达到节能要求的水泵,应予以更换。但水泵的调节、改造或更新也需要投资,故在选择节能改造方案时应进行技术经济比较。 加强水泵的维修管理,也是水泵节能的重要方面。例如对叶片和导叶等光洁度差的过流部件进行适当的打磨,调整填料密封的松紧,及时更换或修补磨损严重的口环和叶轮,对气蚀严重的水泵采取各种防治措施等等,使水泵经常处于高效区运行。 减少动力机的能量损耗为了防止动力机超载而损坏,动力机的容量应该满足水泵各种工况的需要并留有一定富余。但目前不少泵站的余量太大,造成“大马拉小车”的现象,使动力机经常处于轻载情况下运行。这样不仅会增加设备投资,而且会降低动力机的效率。因此,动力机和水泵合理配套对泵站节能具有重要意义。 选择合理的传动装置传动效率与传动方式有关。目前的传动方式主要有直接传动和间接传动:直接传动有弹性或刚性联轴器;间接传动有齿轮、皮带、液力、电磁传动等。直接传动的效率最高,但只适合于水泵和动力机转速相等的情况。
