  定位较准确。最简单的定尺装置是在一根光杆上吊有两至三块铡刀式挡板,由人工扳动起落挡板。定尺机定尺常用在老式的、生产规模不大的钢坯车间和型棒材车间。当同时采用多台锯机切断一根长钢材时,可通过改变各锯间距离调整定尺。 (2)采用飞剪机定尺。在连续式棒材轧机和带材轧机精整线上,钢材的定尺长度由装置在生产线上的飞剪机本身的专门机构调节。定尺长度的自动调节可以通过不同的方式实现:电器逻辑线路与光电元件;曲轴与变速齿轮机构;曲柄摆杆与机械偏心或液压偏心机构等。 此外,在厚板生产中还采用先进的光标投射装置或用测量钢板长度的辊子来确定钢板的定尺。 (韦光)d ingehi定尺(s izing)由产品标准规定的钢坯和成品钢材的特定长度。按定尺生产产品,钢材的生产和使用部门能有效地节约金属,便于组织生产,充分利用设备能力,简化包装,方便运输。不同的国家对钢材定尺长度都有专门的规定。钢材定尺方法随生产规模、机械化自动化程度、钢材品种不同而不同.常用的定尺方法有以下两种: (l)采用定尺机定尺。定尺机位于剪机或锯机之后,配合它们使用。定尺机主要有门式和悬臂式两种.门式定尺机是在门式框架中安有多个定尺挡板的装置,使用时按定尺的长度用风动或电动起落不同的挡板。它占地面积大,装卸不便。悬臂式定尺机由电动机传动一根长丝杠,丝杠转动时带动定尺挡板横向移动,
