In order to resolve the problem of the coastal highway construction in Liaoning province,and to save the construction fund,using the experience of South Africa,this article propose the research on the application of structure of strong foundation and thin pavement in coastal highway construction.

Based on the design experience of Weihai coastal highway from Rushan Nanzhai to Xishan Zhaojia,how to use construction experience of coastal highway landscape at home and abroad is discussed.
