性质:用胶黏剂胶接不同于机械方式连接,一般胶接强度中抗拉和抗剪强度较高,而剥离强度差。因此必须合理设计胶接接头,充分发挥胶黏剂的作用。是粘接工艺中一个十分重要的环节。设计的基本原则是增大胶接面积,减少应力集中,尽可能避免受剥离弯曲力,接头尽可能简单。
