线、泵站、储库组成。在泵站内设备备用条件较好，管汇流程的灵活性较强，对事故容易及时发现，且能及时处理。首、末站的库容量大，储罐多，一旦出现事故，特别是火灾事故，会造成很大的经济损失。对于管道线路部分的安全管理有其不同的特点，如:①管道绝大部分管段为埋地;敷设，发生腐蚀穿孔、裂缝等事故不易被发现;②站间线路只有一条，一处中断会全线停输。对于加热愉送的原油管道，若停输时间过长，还可能造成重大凝管事故;③管道出现泄漏事故，特别是河流穿、跨越管段出现泄漏，还会造成严重的环境污染。管道运行易发生的事故一般有4类:①由管道腐蚀穿孔因素引起的强度破坏;②设备事故(如机、泵、阀损坏，燃气轮机压缩机组损坏，加热炉着火、爆炸等);③违反操作规程或调度不当引发的事故，其中造成凝管事故最为严重;④自然灾害(如地震、洪水、泥石流毁坏管线，雷电引起爆炸、着火等)和人为破坏造成管道损坏。 管道安全运行管理主要包括以下3点:①建立安全管理机构与规章制度;②对全员进行安全教育与检查;③加强安全生产技术措施，提高运行人员的技术水平。 为了防止埋地管道腐蚀、穿孔，除采用优质的防腐涂层外，还必须采用阴极保护措施。特别是对站内埋地管道和库区储罐底板，由于管网比较复杂，更应加强区域阴极保护。对站内架空管段，为了防止气体腐蚀，也可采用气相环境架空管段阴极保护措施。为了及时掌握管道腐蚀情况，要采用先进的管内检测器定期进行管内壁厚检测，建立管道腐蚀状况数据库，实现事故预测，并做到有计划、有目标的对管道大修、整治，消除突发事故隐患。 对于采用密闭输送的管道，应注意水击压力波对管道及设备的危害。对高压管道系统，水击正压波有可能使管道超压，造成管道强度破坏。水击负压波有可能破坏下游站离心泵的吸人特性，造成负压进泵、烧毁机械密封等。负压波还可能使管道正常运行时动压头较低的部位管内液体汽化，产生液柱分离。为了防止水击，保护管道和设备，应当提高管道自动化控制水平，实现全线自动控制，由中心控制室对管道实施水击超前保护。 对于输气管道的安全运行，还应严格控制输送气体的质量。进人管道的气体要经过净化处理，并达到国家有关标准。运行中的输气管道应定期用清管器排除管内积水和污物，防止管道内壁腐蚀。在清管时要特别注意安全，严格按安全操作规程操作。
