液压油 hydraulic fluid 一种润滑油,用作液压传动系统中的工作介质。也具有润滑、冷却和防锈作用。通常由深度精制的石油润滑油基础油或合成润滑油加入抗磨和抗氧剂等调制而成。广泛用于机床、矿山工程机械、农业机械、交通运输机械、航空航天等方面。液压油一般要具有合适运动粘度,高温运转时不低于6二次方毫米/秒(mm2/s),低温起动时不应高于1000二次方毫米/秒(mm2/s)。氧化安定性、抗剪切性、润滑性、抗泡性、抗乳化及水解安定性要好。由于液压系统精度高,介质长期在密闭的压力系统中工作,因此要求液压油的清净性要好,对密封材料影响小,并能提高金属的防腐蚀能力。 |
