Results from the experiment indicated that the content of petroleum hydrocarbon was decreased greatly after the biodegradation of 47 days,and the inoculable microbe had some effects on the bioremediation of soil contaminated by petroleum.

海洋石油污染 marine oil pollution 石油及其产品在开采 、炼制、贮运和使用过程中进入海洋环境而造成的污染。特别是海湾战争中造成的海洋石油污染,不但严重破坏了波斯湾的生态环境,还造成洲际规模的大气污染。 油品入海途径有:炼油厂含油废水经河流或直接注入海洋;油船漏油、排放和发生事故,使油品直接入海;海底油田在开采过程中的溢漏及井喷,使石油进入海洋水体;大气中的低分子石油烃沉降到海洋水域;海洋底层局部自然溢油。石油入海后即发生一系列复杂变化,包括扩散、蒸发、溶解、乳化、光化学氧化、微生物氧化、沉降、形成沥青球,以及沿着食物链转移等过程。 海洋石油污染带来的影响和危害有:①对环境的污染。海面的油膜阻碍大气与海水的物质交换,影响海面对电磁辐射的吸收、传递和反射;两极地区海域冰面上的油膜,能增加对太阳能的吸收而加速冰层的融化,使海平面上升,并影响全球气候;海面及海水中的石油烃能溶解部分卤化烃等污染物,降低界面间的物质迁移转化率;破坏海滨风景区和海滨浴场。②对生物的危害。油膜使透入海水的太阳辐射减弱,从而影响海洋植物的光合作用;污染海兽的皮毛和海鸟的羽毛,溶解其中的油脂,使它们丧失保温、游泳或飞行的能力;干扰生物的摄食、繁殖、生长、行为和生物的趋化性等能力;使受污染海域个别生物种的丰度和分布发生变化,从而改变生物群落的种类组成;高浓度石油会降低微型藻类的固氮能力,阻碍其生长甚至导致其死亡;沉降于潮间带和浅海海底的石油,使一些动物幼虫、海藻孢子失去适宜的固着基质或降低固着能力;石油能渗入较高级的大米草和红树等植物体内,改变细胞的渗透性,甚至使其死亡;毒害海洋生物。③对水产业的影响。油污会改变某些鱼类的洄游路线;沾污鱼网、养殖器材和渔获物;受污染的鱼、贝等海产品难以销售或不能食用。 |
