】IZhong kongzhlsh、Zhuongxlu shlgong集中控制室装修施工(eentral control roomfinishing installation)集中控制室是安装机炉控制设备的重要房间，是电厂运行的指挥中心。要求吸声、密封、恒温、周围环境良好，故对装修要求很高。装修工作包括吊顶、墙面、地坪三部分。装修施工应在集中控制楼结构到顶、围护结构完成、砖墙内粉刷底层完成、屋内防水工程完成后进行。 吊顶施工集中控制室装修较复杂的是吊顶部分。吊顶内部安装有空调风管、风管防火阀、风量调节阀、照明线路、通信线路、消防管路、消防报警用的烟火传感器及其线路，以及为了操作、检修上述风道、管路及其阀门的钢步道。吊顶下表面布置有许多采光灯植、通风用出风口、回风口、消防报警传感器探头等。吊顶不仅保持了控制室净高度，同时也遮盖了房间顶部数量多，排列不整齐的风道、管道、电气线路等，使房间成为一个美观有效空间。吊顶板具有防火吸声的功能。吊顶下表面布置的灯槽、出风口、回风口及烟火传感器探头等除了符合功能的需要外，还要求布置规则和美观。吊顶结构要求轻型、美观、简单、方便施工。近年来多采用石棉吸声板吊顶、金属吊顶。石棉吸声板吊顶龙骨采用倒T型镀塑铁皮，龙骨分主龙骨、次龙骨两种，二者采用镶人式连结，组成框子，石棉吸声板直接搁在倒T型龙骨冀板上，主龙骨用镀锌铁丝或圆钢吊在屋面结构上。吊顶施工步骤为:①安装风道、钢步道;②安装平顶吊杆;③按照墙面上弹出的平顶下口线安装主次龙骨;④安装照明、通信管线，消防报苦传感器，进出风口;⑤安装石棉吸声板。吊平顶中心应双向起拱约0.3编。金属吊顶面板采用多孔薄铝板或镀塑彩色钢板，吊顶结构与施工步骤同石棉吸声板平顶。 墙面施工内墙面装修一般采用白色乳胶漆，也有采用防火护墙板的。白色乳胶漆施工步骤为:①内墙混合砂浆中层粉刷;②安装门窗框;③内墙面层粉光.④墙面批腻子后打磨光洁;⑤乳胶漆三度.防火护墙板施工步骤为:①在砖墙内预埋木砖;②将轻钢龙骨用螺丝固定在木砖上，再将护墙板用螺丝固定在龙骨上;③在拼缝内嵌人盖缝板。 地坪施工地坪一般采用同质地砖或磨光花岗石地面。有的工程计算机间地坪采用塑料防火地面或采用活动地板.地砖或花岗石地坪施工步骤为:①安装仪表盘槽钢框底脚(其上口标高应比地坪铺设后高30~40 mm);②地面1:3水泥砂浆找平;③弹线铺设地砖或花岗石板。
