滑石散祛沮荆之一。出自《元亨疗马滚九清石60克、泽泻30克、灯心10克、茵陈30克.知母30克、黄柏(酒妙)30克、猪等30克。为末，开水冲调，候退班服，或煎汤服。马、牛200一300克.绪、羊40一60克。功能清热降火，利水通琳。主治马胞转。证见小便不通、肚腹胀痛、赌地礴层、欲卧不卧者宜用。方中滑石性寒而滑，寒能清热，滑能利窍，清热利尿功专.为主药;知母、黄柏、茵陈、绪等、泽泻清热阵火，利水通琳，共为辅佐药.灯心清热利水，引组热从小便出，为使药。请药合用，共龚清热、利尿、通淋之功。 凡马湿热尿闭(包括磅胶炎、尿道炎、磅就麻疥、膀耽括约肌痉李等)可选用本方。《司牧安找集》中也有滑石散(滑石、朴硝、木通)，主治马小便不通。 (蔡良清)
