m janjij一ansuo】口面积减缩率(pereent reduetioni:area)金属丝拉拨后,横截面积的减少量与原横截面积之比,即 尸n一F £=一-下二一-一又100 F。式中。为面积减缩率,肠;F。为拉拔前金属丝的横截面积;F为拉拔后金属丝的横截面积。简称减面率,是表示拉拔时金属变形程度大小的主要变形参数。在实际应用中,为了区别经过不同拉拔过程后的变形程度,减面率有3种: (l)总减面率。原料与成品横截面积之差与原料横截面积的百分比,用来表示由原料拉拔到成品时总的变形程度; (2)拔程减面率。原料(经或不经热处理)和一次中间热处理(见钢丝热处理)后的半成品丝到不能继续拉拔时为止所进行的拉拔道次的总量称为拔程。拔程减面率即经过一个拔程后金属丝横截面积减少量与拔程开始前金属丝横截面积的百分比,用来表示一个拔程达到的变形程度; (3)道次减面率。一个拉拔道次中实现的减面率,又称部分减面率。若假设由原料到成品或一个拔程内的各道次均有相同的减面率时,则该减面率称为平均道次(部分)减面率,用来度量各道次平均的变形程度。 (韩观昌)
