性质:又称填料塔。塔设备的一种。塔内填充适当高度的填料,以增加两种流体间的接触表面。例如应用于气体吸收时,液体由塔的上部通过分布器进入,沿填料表面下降。气体则由塔的下部通过填料孔隙逆流而上,与液体密切接触而相互作用。结构较简单,检修较方便。广泛应用于气体吸收、蒸馏、萃取等操作。为了强化生产,提高气流速度,使在乳化状态下操作的,称作乳化填充塔或乳化塔(emulsifying tower)。
