性质:一种分析无机和有机离子的液相色谱技术。按其分离原理可分为:(1)高效离子(交换)色谱,分离原理是离子交换,是离子色谱的最大分支,用有机离子交换树脂和硅质键合相离子交换剂为填料,树脂具有大孔、薄壳型或多孔表层型的物理结构,便于快速达到交换平衡;(2)离子对色谱,其固定相为疏水型的中性填料,流动相是含有对离子(对离子是指其电荷与待测离子相反,并能与之生成疏水型离子对化合物的表面活性剂离子)试剂和含适量有机溶剂的水溶液,对离子的非极性端亲脂,极性端亲水,其—CH2—键愈长,则离子对化合物在固定相的保留愈强;(3)离子排斥色谱,以全磺化高容量H型阳离子交换树脂为填料,以稀盐酸为淋洗剂,根据道南膜排斥效应,电离组分受排斥不保留。而弱酸则有一定保留。主要用于分离有机酸及无机含氧酸根。离子色谱将高效柱色谱分离与灵敏的自动检测手段相结合,适合于多组分与多元素的同时分析(一次可分离和测定十多种组分),灵敏度高(微克/升级),选择性好,样品用量少(微升级),易实现自动化。
