Based on preparation of SnO_2 sol by sol-gel method,nano-meter photocatalytic compound of TiO_2/SnO_2 was prepared and the atom ratio of titanium to tin on the surface is 85∶15(by XPS analysis).
在采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO2溶胶的基础上,制备出表面Ti/Sn原子比为85∶15(XPS全谱分析)的TiO2/SnO2复合体光催化剂;用于硫磷农药废水的降解,试验结果表明:复合体光催化剂比单一TiO2催化剂的催化活性要高,其原因是由于复合TiO2/SnO2催化剂中SnO2可接收电子,减少了TiO2电子-空穴对的复合,从而提高其催化活性。
