座落在济南市,1979年12月建成。该馆占地117600平方米,比赛馆建筑面积共 17393平方米,可容纳观众8000人。比赛场地为25米×47米,能分别满足篮球、排球、羽毛球、乒乓球、体操、武术、举重等多种项目的比赛,并备有上述比赛所需的体育器材设施。该馆系综合性多功能建筑,还备置有各种文艺演出所需设备。馆内设有灯控机房、声控机房和空调机房。比赛场地灯光能满足彩色摄影和电视摄象所用。比赛大厅有较好的吸音措施,并设有可供体育活动和文艺演出所需的电声设备。馆内冬季温度可达 18℃, 夏季降温可至26~28℃。在建筑艺术方面,采用斜向正交双向平板型网架结构,并用提升机整体提升(这在整体大跨度提升技术上有所创新)。比赛大厅东西侧有大型的队名、比分显示牌。比赛场地设有液压自动升降篮球架,使用时可从地板下自动升起。
