【处方】

【制法】
取甲紫，加乙醇适量使溶解，再加水适量使成1000ml，滤过，即得。
【性状】
本品为紫色液体。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品5ml ，加盐酸2 滴，滴加鞣酸试液，即生成深蓝色的沉淀。 (2) 取本品2ml ，置水浴上蒸干后，取残渣少许，撒于硫酸1ml 的液面上，即溶解 成橙黄色或棕红色的溶液，注意加水稀释，即变成棕色，渐转为绿色，最后变成蓝色。
【检查】
装量 取本品，依法检查（附录Ⅹ F），应符合规定。
【含量测定】
精密量取本品10ml，置105 ℃恒重的蒸发皿中，置水浴上蒸干，在 105 ℃干燥至恒重，计算，即得。
