种子含苦杏仁甙,蜡醇,氨基酸:4-亚甲基-DL-脯氨酸、反-4-羟甲基-D-脯氨酸、顺-4-羟甲基脯氨酸,脂肪酸,甾醇。又含淀粉和游离的氢氰酸。
【性味】
苦,平。 ①《本经逢原》:"大寒。" ②《现代实用中药》:"苦,平。" ③《四川中药志》:"性微寒,味苦,无毒。"
【归经】
《本草再新》:"入肾经。"
【功用主治】
化痰止咳,疏肝理气。治咳嗽,疝气,水肿,瘰疬。 ①《纲目拾遗》:"治肝有余诸症,气实者可用。" ②《本草再新》:"治疝气,消水肿,利关节,治瘰疬。" ③《现代实用中药》:"镇咳祛痰。" ④《四川中药志》:"疏肝理气。"
【用法与用量】
内服:煎汤,2~3钱。外用:研末调敷。
【选方】
①治咳嗽:枇杷核,硒干、捣碎,约六钱,煎汤,煮沸十多分钟,临服时加少量白糖或冰糖,一日两次服用。(《浙江中医杂志》(10):32,1958) ②治瘰疬:枇杷干种子为末,调热酒敷患处。(《福建中草药》)
