Recent researches of ionic liquid and its application in green catalysis and clean synthesis were reviewed,including homogeneous catalysis in ionic liquid,immobilization of ionic liquid,two-phase process of ionic liquid-supercritical CO2 or ionic liquid-H2O systems,integration of ionic liquid with other technologies and industrialization of ionic liquid application.
综述了近年来离子液体在绿色催化和清洁合成中应用的研究进展;对离子液体的均相催化、离子液体的固载化、离子液体-超临界CO2(或离子液体-水)的两相过程、离子液体与其他技术的集成以及离子液体的工业化进程进行了简要介绍;对未来离子液体在绿色催化中的研究方向(新的、功能特定、环境更加友好且价格低廉的离子液体的合成;技术的集成;生物催化;离子液体的固载化;与离子液体相关的反应器和反应工艺的建立等)进行了展望。

研究了在水介质中常压免添加剂由碱式碳酸锌与硬脂酸直接反应清洁合成硬脂酸锌,结果表明:反应温度、反应物料液-固比对合成反应速率有较明显的影响,合成优等品硬脂酸锌的适宜工艺条件为:反应温度80℃,反应物料液-固比7∶1,反应时间30min。
