性质:又称复相钢。由马氏体或奥氏体与铁素体基体两相组织构成的钢。一般将铁素体与奥氏体相组织组成的钢称为双相不锈钢,将铁素体与马氏体相组织组成的钢称为双相钢。双相钢是低碳钢或低合金高强度钢经临界区热处理或控制轧制后而获得。典型的双相钢屈服强度σs为310MPa,拉伸强度σb为655MPa。双相钢用于制造冷冲、深拉成型的复杂构件,也可用作管线钢、链条、冷拔钢丝、预应力钢筋等。
