陕西省重点文物保护单位。位于咸阳城西北50公里处礼泉县五将山上。唐肃宗李亨（711～762）墓。爆发"安史之乱"的次年(756)，李亨即位于灵武。在位期间（756～762），为了平定藩镇的叛乱，借兵回纥，于至德二年（757）秋，收复长安、洛阳。由于任用宦官为观军容使，致使宦官势力进一步扩大。762年，宦官李辅国、程元振杀张后等，拥立太子李豫（即唐代宗），李亨忧惊而死，葬于建陵。建陵依山为陵。陵园东墙长1524米，北墙长879米，西墙长1373米，南墙长1050米，面积15万平方米。陵墓现存唐关中十八陵中保存最完整、雕凿最细腻石刻。有汾阳王郭子仪、氵开国公李怀让等陪葬墓。
