Born bigger than the size of an iPhone, a pair of twins has defied the odds and has finally made it to their family home in London after more than two months in hospital.
Born at just 27 weeks gestation, Jayden Lester-Green and his twin brother Gene struggled to survive after coming into the world three months prematurely and weighing just over 2lbs each in October.

Both preemies battled breathing difficulties, as their lungs hadn't properly developed. Gene was also diagnosed with a heart murmur and a bleed on the brain.
But both have overcome the odds, and have been discharged after over 60 days in hospital, making it home with their relieved parents to the Croydon area of London.
