The amphibious super car would allow its owners to avoid the congested roads of some of the world's big cities by taking to the water in style. The design of the futuristic vehicle was inspired by the Bugatti Veyron. Its designer claims it would reach a top speed on land of more than 400 kilometers an hour. But it won't come cheap – it carries a price tag of 3.22 million U.S. dollars. As the man-made residences of World Island are divided up into many smaller islands, it is clear that a land or water vehicle would be a major attraction for these wealthy residents."
