Aussie beef aiming to tempt China’s foodies
2018-10-23

Australia's vast geography allows for massive farms where animals are bred and grass-nurtured in a free-range environment.

Australia has developed a livestock industry that is well-recognized internationally, with meat representing up to 4% of the nation's total exports worth $9.1 billion dollars in 2017.

Beef is a main part of the livestock sector in Australia, with varying differences in the cattle raised in different conditions throughout the southern and northern territories.

This position as a top provider for premium beef helps Australian companies market their product in other countries, such as China.

And with the Chinese population demanding more and more beef, Australian producers, such as Greenham, are poised to start making even more money.
