LONDON, Aug. 11 (Xinhua) -- Oribe Peralta scored a brace to help underdogs Mexico beat Brazil 2-1 and win their first ever Olympic gold medal on Saturday.
Peralta netted his first within 30 seconds into the game when he picked up the intercepted ball from a loose Brazil pass to sent it past unprepared Brazilian goalkeeper Gabriel. Then he doubled Mexico's lead in the 74th minute with a crisp shot. Full story
