Emergency rescue is underway after a truck loaded with liquefied gas exploded on a highway in East China's Zhejiang province on Saturday.
As of Sunday morning, the blast left at least 19 dead and 172 injured, with 24 suffering serious injuries, local authorities said.
Fire and rescue teams from neighboring regions, including Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jinhua and Shaoxing, rushed to the scene. Over 30 pieces of large-scale rescue equipment and more than 150 vehicles were dispatched for search and rescue mission.
